Inc., with headquarters in Montréal. He is a member of the
World Presidents’ Organization. As part of his strong
involvement in his community, he is a member of the Board of Trade
of Metropolitan Montréal Foundation, a member of the
executive committee of the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital
Foundation, a member of the executive committee of the
Université du Québec à Montréal
Foundation, a member of the board of directors of Montréal
International, and a member of the Fondation de la Place des
Arts. |

Michel Tourangeau is a lawyer and partner with
the firm Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon, where he
practices commercial, corporate and real estate law. He is a
certified corporate director. Highly involved in the business
community, he is a governor and member of the executive committee
of the Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de l’Est de
l’Île de Montréal, President of the Caisse
Desjardins de Mercier-Rosemont, Vice-Chair of the Board of
Desjardins Asset Management, and Vice-Chair of the Conseil des
représentants Desjardins – Région Est de
Montréal. He is also Vice-Chair of the Fondation de
l’Hôpital Louis-H. Lafontaine and a founding member of
the Réseau des gens d’affaires de l’Est de
Montréal. |

Marc Blondeau is President and CEO of the
Société de la Place des Arts de Montréal. A
well-known figure in the field of media and communications in
Québec and the rest of Canada, he held several management
positions with Télémédia Communications, TVA
Group and Rogers Media. For several years, he was also involved
with the National Theatre School of Canada, for which he was
Chairman of the Board of Directors. |

Frédérique Cardinal is
Vice-President of the organization Opération Enfant Soleil.
She was previously a Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships at
TELUS, and the Director of Financial Development at Leucan. For 20
years, she worked within the communications, marketing and
community relations teams of the Montréal Canadiens hockey
club. She played a pivotal role in the creation and development of
the Montréal Canadiens Children’s
Foundation. |

Sylvie Chagnon is closely involved with the
management of corporate donations at Lallemand Inc. She is a member
of the board of directors of the McCord Museum, the St.
Mary’s Hospital Foundation, and the Fondation de la Place des Arts. She
was associated with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal
as a member of the board of directors and Chair of Les Amis des
Grands. She sat on the board of the Montréal Breast Cancer
Foundation and is Co-founder of the Serenity Program. She has taken
an active part in major fundraisers for these organizations. |

Margie Gillis is a world-renowned dancer and
choreographer. As Artistic Director of the Margie Gillis Dance
Foundation, she has created numerous choreographic works, and
presented shows in Europe, the Middle East, and America. She was
given the honorary title of Cultural Ambassador for Canada and
Québec. For her exceptional work as a performer and
choreographer, she has received the Order of Canada and was made a
Knight of the National Order of Québec, in addition to
receiving numerous other awards and bursaries.

Danielle Laramée, ASC, is a Partner and
Leader of Human Capital in the firm of Ernst & Young. As a
leader in her field in Canada, she has been very active in the
Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec, the
Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and the Fiscal and
Financial Planning Association. She was also a member of the board
of directors of the Standards Council of Canada. She has been a
lecturer at the Université du Québec à
Montréal and has given many seminars on the subject of
taxation. She is also involved with several charitable
organizations. She is a member of the board of directors of the
UQAM Foundation and is a certified corporate director. |

Denis Piché, ASC, is Vice-President and
Associate Portfolio Manager with RBC Dominion Securities. He is a
Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and a certified
corporate director. He has held various positions on numerous
boards of directors, including those of the Heart and Stroke
Foundation (Des Moulins region), the
Fédération des clubs des initiés du
Québec, and the Cité de la Santé de Laval. He
is a member of the board of directors of Laval Technopole and Vice-President of the Fondation de la Place des
Arts.

Rachel H. Renaud is Executive Director of the
Roasters Foundation. She devotes a major part of her work to
raising awareness among individuals, businesspeople, foundations,
and governments of the importance of philanthropy and its effects
on the community. She is a member of the board of directors of the
St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation, the Fondation Toujours
ensemble, the Fondation de l’Hôpital Sainte-Justine,
and the Université de Montréal’s Centre
d’innovation en formation infirmière. She is also a
member of many associations in the field of philanthropy.

Louise Sicuro is President and CEO of Culture pour
tous, a non-profit organization that promotes the democratization
of culture. She is the founder of the Journées de la culture
and has been the guiding force behind the program since its
inception in 1997. As a cultural activist, she is deeply committed
to fostering a better understanding of the importance of providing
individuals with broad access to arts and culture. She is a member
of the board of directors of Culture Montréal, of the
Université du Québec à Montréal, and of
the Fondation de la Place des
