8, 2010. Presented at the Studio-théâtre of Place des
Arts every Thursday from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m., Les
Mélodînes features first-rate concerts over the noon

Longstanding partners, these four OSM musicians
(Andrew Beer, violin; Lambert
Chen, viola; Michael Nicolas, cello and
Brigitte Rolland, violin) are perfectly attuned to
one another, pouring heart and soul into their performances. On the
menu: famous pieces by Puccini and Elgar.

MARIANNE LAMBERT, soprano – April

Her intelligent performance is equalled only by her
astonishing control of her crystal-clear voice with shimmering
ornamentation. Hats off to his coloratura soprano whose remarkable
stage presence keeps audiences transfixed. Accompanied by pianist
Mario Dubé, she will offer a very rich program.
